photo of our staff Shan is our IT Technician, Head of Installations and R & D. Originally from North America, he has spent much of his life using, programming and fixing computers. His work has included over 25 years of installation and maintenance of security and access systems, teaching computer programming courses and troubleshooting computers and networks for both home and business. He has been involved and has a passion for most things that are electronic including satellite TV, building electronics projects and circuits, and troubleshooting both hardware and software problems with computers. He enjoys reading about, troubleshooting and staying current with all versions of Windows, Linux, and Macintosh computer operating systems. .

When computers first became “personal computers”, he was fortunate enough to acquire a state of the art machine. 25 years on he has enjoyed seeing their progression and gets great pleasure from learning the new tricks that today’s software can provide. After many years as a successful business owner/manager, involved with communications, in 99’ he left the UK for Asia. And whilst Shan is taking charge of technical design and support, Warren will make sure your project stays on track.
